The Karát Hotel-Pension in Balatongyörök, Accomodation around Lake Balaton

Our Hotel lies in the centre of Balatongyörök, in a nice, quiet street. There is a beautiful view on Lake Balaton and the Szent Mihály Hill about 1 km far, and the lovely chapel on the top. There is a small shop and a bus stop 50 metres from the pension. The beach is about 400 metres from the house, but a pleasant walk makes the distance shorter. The round-the-lake bicycle route is 300 metres far from the pension, and the Zeppelin Restaurant can be found within 200 metres. This is also run by the family and offers 10% reduction for the pension's guests. The 'hidden' car park behind the building provides protected parking places for the cars, and the spacious, green park in front of the house offers an excellent place for relaxation, those who wish to rest or sunbathe and it is also suitable for children.

In the Karát Hotel guests can choose from three types of rooms:

• Standard double room: 27sq metre, en-suite shower, terrace or balcony, for 3 persons at the maximum
• Family apartment: 45 or 54sq metres, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, terrace or balcony for 4 persons at the maximum
• Luxurious apartment: 34 sq metres with bathroom, kitchen, balcony for 3 persons at the maximum
